Cloney Store Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging.
Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the Cloney Store Customer Services team.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from cloneystore.com. If you have purchased your item from our showroom or one of our retail partners please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with your product please feel free to return it for an exchange within 14 days of ordering. As long as the item is “as new”* Cloney Store will accept it and replace your purchase with a product of your choice, refunding any difference in price or taking additional payment. Please follow the ‘How to Make a Return’ information below.
Goods are considered faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Cloney Store will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault and will return or refund the product as required. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of usage are not considered to be faulty.
When a faulty item is returned, please be aware that it can only be replaced for the same product, subject to availability. Cloney Store reserve the right to replace or refund the faulty product.
How To Make a Return
We are so confident you will be delighted with your purchase that we are proud to offer you a 14 day no quibble returns policy. If you wish to return any item simply re-package it in its original box and, within 14 days of receipt of the hardware mail us on email@example.com providing the invoice number and date of purchase for the product you wish to return. We then send you an RMA number and the address details to return the product.
